The AttoMap features patented innovations to enables mapping of elements at trace concentrations and at microns-scale resolution, with performance comparable and complementary to LA-ICP-MS.
Develop state-of-the-art synchrotron beamlines and/or laboratory x-ray instruments using Sigray's novel axially symmetric approach to optics to deliver the superior flux your system needs. The custom lenses provide down to 200 nm resolution or collimation down to <3 mrad.
